How does it work?
Submit a photo of the cutest couple you know (who are over 18 and live in Kenosha County) and a short paragraph about why they are the cutest couple. Then let Kenosha decide who's the cutest couple.

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
